Leisure time

  Most of people in the world spend their leisure time in different ways. And they spend their spare-time in many different ways. How about you?
  In my case, I enjoy several activities on my days off. One thing I like to do is hang out with my friends. I always do many things with them every weekend. Sometimes we go to movies or go to lunch or dinner. That makes me feel much better if I'm in the blue mood. That's why I spend a lot of time with my friends. I talk a lot to them how I feel and what can I do for it or something like that. Actually, I love talk a lot with anyone. I like to know about people and try to understand their opinions and thoughts. If I try to their situation I put myself in their position. Make friends and know new people is one of the most important things in my life. After I came in Canada, I have made many new friends. I'm happy about that. They are really international. If I talk with them we have to speak English each other. They don't know Korean also I don't know their own language. Sometimes, some language barrier between us, (English is second language both of us) but it doesn't matter. We try to do our best to understand each other all the time. Of course I feel frustrated when I couldn't speak well what I express in English. But I have tried to study hard more and more and I believe my English skills will be better as time goes by.
  Another activity I enjoy is going for a walk alone for an hour. Because If I worry about something (like the future, relationships and etc.) too much, I'll get a headache. At that time, when I go for a walk at a park or any place, I see beautiful things like big trees, pretty flowers, clean blue sky, etc.. When I see that things, I feel relax and finally I don't think too much.
  My favorite activity is reading books. I read books almost hundred a year. I have a great enthusiasm for reading since I was a child. If I read books, I learn many things. For example, if I read a novel I try to understand the situations or people's feelings. Also, I can imagine others' emotions in the real world. If I read a science book, I learn some information about that I never know before. That's why I like reading books. I learn all the time from books.
  Take a rest is one of most important things in life! Spend your time to enjoy what you like to do. You are in Canada now. And this is winter. You can do many winter activities near by Rocky Mountain. Enjoy ski, snowboard or other things. I hope you enjoy your own life in Calgary.

  Actually I always admire the ads of Apple company. It is well-made and very effective all the time. If you watch this commercial (iPad), you'll think iPad isn't just one stuff. You can do anything with this thing. iPad is delicious, current, learning, playful, magical, literary, artful, friendly, productive, scientific and magical as the commercial shows. It brings a kind of desire to have this one. You don't need bring a book, newspaper, portable video game, or something like that if you have an iPad.

  It's easy to understand and the commercial's message is clear. You don't need to pay attention too much to understand. Maybe it works everywhere in the world. It doesn't need to translate from one language to other language. In this ads, there's no person or pet or etc. the ads shows only one iPad but that's powerful. The ads shows many situations. And what can you do in different cases. You can check a recipe for cooking, read a newspaper, play games and draw a picture whatever.

  And I think it can convince people to buy the product. It's just simple and attractive. As you know when Apple company makes new goods for people, who wants to get, should stand in a line for one nights or more on the date of issue. Even someone sleep in a tent on the street for get a new one at first. I like this ads.
